Lehman Daman completed the demolition and buildout of Veritext Legal Solutions’ new hybrid office within the Huntington Center while navigating strict high-rise, multi-tenant construction requirements.

Project Overview

Veritext Legal Solutions, a tenant in the Huntington Center, was relocating within the building. The building owners (Hines) contracted Lehman Daman to demo and build out the new office that better supports their new hybrid work model. Lehman Daman also completed corridor updates and an ADA restroom expansion.

Project Challenges

The Huntington Center is a 37-story, multi-tenant office building in downtown Columbus with strict construction rules and regulations. Lehman Daman completed the project on time and without incident while following all protocols, such as evening dumpster drop-off/morning pick-up and scheduling disruptive work and trades during the night shift.

Lehman Daman got the necessary Certificate of Occupancy the day before Veritext’s lease started, enabling Hines to start immediately collecting rent. Lehman Daman has continued to work with Hines and other tenants in the building.
