IMAGE Studios, an exclusive salon suite offering modern, high-end studios at affordable rates, sought to expand with a new location in Dublin, OH. Lehman Daman was contracted to build out the space, creating an environment where salon professionals can deliver premium services to their clients.

Project Challenges
The tight jobsite presented logistical challenges as multiple subcontractors needed to perform work simultaneously. Some of the work required the use of scissor lifts in narrow hallways. Lehman Daman provided subcontractors with a clear timeline of when their services would be required, ensuring manpower, materials, and equipment were utilized efficiently and effectively given the space constraints.
Additionally, the original design of the space did not have an adequate water supply for salon operations. Lehman Daman identified this potential risk and guided the Owner through the complexities of this issue, collaborating closely with the MEP engineer and plumber to design and install a new water service that met operational needs.
Lehman Daman successfully delivered this project on time and on budget, enabling IMAGE Studios to open their new location and serve clients.
