Project Overview
Due to a changing business model, Progressive wanted to turn their auto inspection and repair center into additional office space. Lehman Daman turned the auto care portion of their pre-engineered metal building into an office that merged with the rest of the facility’s office space.

Project Challenges
Turning an auto garage into an office is an entirely new purpose for a facility, requiring additional work to make the space function appropriately. For example, the floors were sloped for French drains. Lehman Daman used Ardex and concrete to level the floors and prepare them for carpeting. Additionally, overhead doors had to be removed and replaced with CMU block and storefronts to blend with the exterior, while also adding much-needed natural light. More windows were punched, and a Big Ass fan was relocated. All work was completed following coronavirus safety protocols.
